Full case handling
You hand it over.
We run it.
A denied, deducted or delayed claim — or a complaint that has stalled with an insurer, bank or financial provider — taken off your plate and run end to end. You pay only if we recover.
What 12% means
Put your own number in.
Move the slider to the figure you have in mind and see exactly what our fee would come to.
Your figure, not ours — this is a calculator, not an estimate of your case.
Our fee would be
₹24,000
12% of the amount recovered, GST included
Recover nothing, and the fee is nothing. That is the whole arrangement.
Our fee is 12% of whatever we recover, GST included. If nothing is recovered, there is nothing to pay.
How a case runs
Six stages.
Most cases end early.
Each stage builds the record the next one needs. Two are exits — if the company settles there, the case closes and the later stages never happen.
-
Send what you have and we will tell you what is missing — the decision in writing, the policy schedule and wording, the claim papers, every message exchanged so far, and the dates it all happened on.
You end up with a free assessment and a plain answer on whether there is a case.
-
Where the process broke, what ground the refusal actually rests on, and which clocks are already running. The wording, the stated reason and the correspondence go through our analysis tools first so nothing buried is missed — then a specialist decides what it means.
You end up with the real reason you were refused, and the deadlines that apply to you.
-
A formal letter to the company setting out the facts, the clause relied on and what we are asking for. Written to be answered, not filed away. You read it before it goes.
You end up with a written demand on the record, and a reply the company has to stand behind.
Many cases end here. If the company settles, the file closes and stages 04 to 06 never happen.
-
To the company’s grievance officer, with the earlier record attached and a reply deadline placed on the record. This stage matters even when it fails: a forum will want to see the company was given its chance.
You end up with the internal route exhausted and documented — which is what the next stage requires.
Many of the rest end here. A grievance officer who can see the record and the deadline often settles rather than face a petition.
-
If the company will not move, we prepare the petition in the required form, with the full record annexed and the grounds set out properly. You sign it and return it to us, and we submit it online. Getting the form and the annexures right is most of the work at this stage.
You end up with the matter in front of an independent forum, on a complete record.
-
Queries answered, further submissions prepared and deadlines chased — until the file is closed one way or the other. You are told where it stands at each step, and you do not have to chase us for it.
You end up with a decision, and an honest account of it either way.
No case outcome is guaranteed. We go only as far as the case requires, and we will tell you plainly when a matter has no formal route left rather than carry it further.
What we take on
Disputes we handle.
If there is a written decision to challenge — a rejection, a deduction, a short settlement, or a complaint left unanswered past its own deadline — it is likely in scope. Handled anywhere in India; everything runs on documents, so your city makes no difference.
Commonly
Questions
About the fee.
What does the 12% apply to?
The amount we recover for you. GST is included in that 12%.
Do I pay anything before the case is resolved?
No. Nothing is payable upfront, and the first assessment is free. The fee falls due only once the case is successfully resolved.
What if the case doesn’t succeed?
There is no fee. We are paid out of what we recover, so if nothing is recovered there is nothing to pay.
Does the fee change if the case runs longer?
No. It is 12% whether the company settles at the first letter or the matter runs to an Ombudsman hearing.
How is this different from DraftKit?
With Bima Samadhan we run the case — we draft, we file, we follow it up, and we are paid out of the result. DraftKit is for when you would rather do the filing and chasing yourself: we still write the document, you take it from there, and it is a fixed price paid upfront.
